ChristmasMagicofMaine is a small family business in Boothbay Harbor , Maine. We have been doing everything we can to make happy customers for over 32 years. We have learned to pack our orders very well for travel, and usually personalize with flair. If you have a problem with your order or if something was damaged in shipment please contact us for a prompt resolution: be it a return for a refund, or an exchange .
The BEST way is to Email customer service at info@ChristmasMagicofMaine.com for a Return Authorization number .You may be instructed to package the item for pickup from www.ChristmasMagicofMaine.com directly or to ship it back to us. Tell us the problem and what you wish done about it. We'll get right back to you with the possibilities.
You may call our storefront beginning May 1st. However, remember, we may be busy with other customers at the time and may have to call you back when time allows. 207-633-5041. We open May 31st for the summer season in Boothbay Harbor, Maine. 10 AM-5 PM and always return messages no matter the time of year.

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. If the item is to be replaced, a replacement will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.
